HOD PROCUREMENT (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

Location :
Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct endtoend sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.
  • To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure ontime delivery, quality and cost of material.
  • To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and followup on vendor price, quality and delivery performance.
  • To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers' performance.
  • To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin.
  • More than 5 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry).
  • Computer literate and wellversed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.
  • Good personality and excellent communication skill.
  • Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Pay:
RM4, RM5,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
