As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Accounting Executive to join our team in Malaysia.


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

The Accounting Executive will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records for our clinic branches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to verify accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking.

Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements, including GST, SST, and corporate income tax.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary to address taxrelated matters and inquiries.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as requested.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations.

Financial Analysis and Support:

  • Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to evaluate business performance and identify key drivers of profitability.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking processes.
  • Assist in adhoc projects and financial initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a healthcare or serviceoriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
