Primary Job Description

  • Manage day to day admin operations at the office.
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair &maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the approved budget.

  • Maintain a proper record & movement of the office fixed assets.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Application of any statutory and utilities.
Job Qualifications

  • No experience/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possesses a strong sense of integrity & responsibility.
  • Understand the basic usage of Microsoft Office.
  • Responsible, honest, motivated, and able to work with minimum superior.
  • Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley

RM RM1,000.00 per month
