  • Creates a big picture vision of various store formats and manages space in consideration of category roles, strategies and tactics.
  • Capture space capacity, constraints and proposes sub category space allocation and adjacency plans.
  • Understands and conducts appropriate analysis on space performance (such as sales per bay) to make decisions on macro & micro space allocation.
  • Executes macro & micro space performance analysis.
  • Manages and communicates floor plan changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Publishes new floor plan to stores and oversees the planning and implementation of agreed space changes.
  • Manages and facilitates brand & category signage across all stores from timetotime basis.
  • Perform store visits for improvement and rectification.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in space planning, merchandising or related role, Fresh Gradutes are welcomed.
  • Proficient in Auto-Cad software.
  • Initiative, creative, analytical and resultsoriented in a fastpaced environment.
  • Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • A team player and is able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel including outstation.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
