Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.

  • Check and verify all survey work prior to all construction will be commencing at the site.
  • Developing land survey reports and performing calculations of measurements and evaluations.
  • Perform duties related to land surveying for identifying land ownership and property boundaries.
  • Liaise join survey with a consultant for ICC audit.
  • Verifying data and calculations and providing consistent and superior quality documents for the survey, design, and the whole project for the client.
  • Involve in implementing mapping contracts and Indefinite Quality (IQ) surveying.
  • Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information with the client.
  • Examine previous land records to verify data from onsite surveys.
  • Keep records of survey equipment, repairs, maintenance and calibration.
  • Calculating the measurements of sites.
  • Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
  • Develop and inspect land surveying project contracts.
  • Provide vertical and horizontal control maps and government cost estimates for mapping and survey projects.
  • Control level and position of track from start until handing over to the client.
  • Calculation level of track from subgrade level until the top of the rail.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
