Assistant handle all admin work at the premises

Administer the registration and appointment section

Schedule promptly and follow up appointments

Update all stocks like stationery, waterbottles, labels etc done.

Ensure all communication to patients are good

Prepare medicine and package accurately

Document every medicine given out. Give proper instruction to patients

Ensure all the relevant stock for medicine is updated and available.

Adminster with relevant vendors on clinic work

Ensure bills, bomba license, premises license etc are donely timely

Adminster all payment and invoices are correctly given.

Assist in promotional work

Ensure all filing and other admin work are done well.

Ensure all SOP of clinic is done timely

Ensure cleanliness of premises is good

Attend any other adhoc admin work

Willing to work Monday and Saturday

Commited and dedicated

Pleasant personality

Communication skills is good

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
