Job description The Canteen Chef/Coordinator has responsibility for authorising purchases/ordering necessary products and produce to deliver a menu in line with the Nutrition in Schools Policy.

The Canteen Chef/Coordinator has responsibility for the management of the Canteen and direction of Canteen assistants and volunteers.

Policy The School canteen aims and objectives are to; provide nutritious, hygienically prepared and healthy food at an affordable and reasonable price.

As a public school the Canteen Coordinator will support and follow the requirement by Ministry of Health & Ministry of Education - 'Nutrition in Schools Policy'.

Menu options should always encourage healthy eating habits in our children with Western and Asian cooking menu. The canteen Chef/coordinator is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the school canteen.

Personal Requirements:
