Technical Clerk

Summary
Our company provides after-sales service for cleaning machineries sold by us. The TECHNICAL CLERK provides clerical support to the technical department.

This includes receiving calls and scheduling for repair, preparing quotation acccording to technician Job Sheet, following up for PO from customer and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the technical department.
• Including preparing quotation, following up for PO from customer
• Able to attend to customer enquiries in a polite and effective manner
• Data entry into Autocount system (Experience in using Autocount preferred)
• Follow ups on technical documentations and stock requests
• Organize and maintain proper office filing and records

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Able to communicate in English, clearly and effectively
• Adequate computer skills and knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office is compulsory
• Good logical thinking skill is required
• Able to work under pressure and a fastpaced environment
• Experience in Autocount Accounting System is preferred
• 1 year experience in technical clerk role is preferred
• Any knowledge in mechanical / electrical repairs is a plus

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:

Technical Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
