Patient and Physician Communication:

  • Handling phone calls from patients and physicians, providing technical information, and offering guidance on preprocedure preparation.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication with patients regarding the imaging process and any necessary preparations.

Adherence to Organizational Standards:

  • Respecting and following organizational systems, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and procedures within the radiology department.
  • Tending to, repairing, and maintaining Xray equipment and processors.
  • Keeping the Xray room clean and organized.

Electronic Medical Records Management:

  • Registering patient details accurately in the electronic medical records system.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of Xray procedures and results in patient records.

Assisting Physicians and Clinic Duties:

  • Assisting physicians as needed during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Performing various clinic assistant duties, such as patient registration, collecting payments, and providing general assistance.
  • Flexibility to perform other clinical duties as assigned by physicians and clinic management.

Continuous Professional Development:

  • Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay updated on advancements in radiography techniques and technology.
  • Maintaining licensure and certification requirements.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
