  • General administrative duties including keeping proper filing record, maintaining office supplies.
  • Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
  • Assist with account payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection and vendor communication.
  • Monitor account receivable and send monthly debtor statements.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
  • Issue online payment / cheque.
  • Able to use accounting software, issue salary, etc.
