You will be working with a pharmaceutical shared service center. They office location is easily accessible.

Job Scope:

  • Receive, scan, index invoices (Invoice administration)
  • To barcode invoices based on identified process.
  • Scanning of all prepped documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation.
  • Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives.
  • Properly dispose of scanned materials.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or relevant
  • Any accounting/finance working experience

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
