Hybrid ( 3 days in office 2 days in home)

Job responsibilities;

  • Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand
  • Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments
  • Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
  • Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news
  • Write letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence
  • Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
  • Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
  • Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill
  • Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, Marketing, PR or related field and 7 or more years of experience in related field
  • 810 years of relevant experience, with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presence and interpersonal skills ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
  • Resilient selfstarter with a cando attitude
  • Specialty: media management, and corporate communications. Individual contributor with strong stakeholder management
  • B2B2C integrated communications within an omnichannel model

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 8 months

Salary:
RM1, RM13,000.00 per month
