  • As a Tech Lead
  • Active Directory, you will play a crucial role in the design, architecture, and management of Windows/LDAP Active Directory systems. Your expertise in Active Directory management, security, and PKI will be utilized to ensure the smooth operation of our client's infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 1.

Designing and Architecting Active Directory Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient Active Directory solutions.
  • Develop strategies for domain controllers, domain joins, PO, LDAP/AD authentication, and user/group account management.
  • 2.

Active Directory Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain and administer Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) with a deep understanding of ADLDS and ADRMS.
  • Plan, build, and implement AD Forest for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of Windows Server and its associated components.
  • 3.

Network Component and Security Management:

  • Manage network components such as TCP/IP, iSCSI, DNS, DHCP, and domain controller replication.
  • Implement security policies like MFA, conditional access, Azure RBAC Model, and connection sync rules.
  • Contribute to AD migration projects, including migrations to Azure or other cloud directory services.

PKI and Distributed File System Expertise:

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of PKI and Microsoft Certificate Services.
  • Utilize distributed file systems effectively to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • 5.

Integration and Technical Support:

  • Integrate and implement ADFS to enhance Active Directory functionality (if applicable).
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams on Active Directoryrelated issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • 6.

Compliance and Infrastructure Documentation:

  • Adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of labor laws, resource management trends, and industry best practices.
  • 7.

Team Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with the HR department on staff training, compensation planning, and hiring for projects.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Experience with software installations, upgrades, and patching services.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell (Windows and AD PowerShell)/Ansible scripting for Windows Active Directory management.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SSL certificate creation/deployment/renewal and working in Agile and DevOps platforms.
  • Nice to have Microsoft Azure Fundamental certification.
