Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) and safety are followed at all times.
  • Reading blueprints, following instructions, and using CAD programs to plan the molds that must be constructed.
  • Creating new tooling for molds, diecasting, and metal stamping according to specifications from the design team.
  • Setting up equipment and ensuring each piece of equipment is appropriate for the intended mold design.
  • Mixing modeling materials and melting metal pieces for creating molds.
  • Creating prototype products, fixtures, and jigs to check the effectiveness of newly created molds.
  • Setting up equipment and ensuring each piece of equipment is appropriate for the intended mold design.
  • Check conditions and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
  • Monitor the workplace environment to keep it tidy and comply with factory regulations.

Job requirements:

  • At least a Technical Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in mold making or mold maintenance
  • Indepth knowledge of computer numerically controlled machine tools, precision measurement devices, and other shop equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprint
  • Good active learning, time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and implementation
Work Days = Monday to Friday

Working Hours = 08:00am to 06:00pm

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
