Job Description:
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to work remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

As an Entry Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a resilient and energetic personality.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate information
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
• Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities to upsell products or services
