Weston Robot SDN BHD is located inside the MRANTI Park in Kuala Lumpur. You need to commute to our office to perform this job. This job has basic pay and sales commission.

Job Scopes:

Develop Brand Strategy: Create and execute strategies to establish and strengthen the corporate brand identity across various channels.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, aligning with the brand's tone and objectives.

Social Media Management: Manage all corporate social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Community Engagement: Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Brand Monitoring: Monitor social media channels and online platforms for mentions of the brand, industry trends, and competitor activities, and respond accordingly.

Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve marketing goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and prepare regular reports for management.

Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and credibility.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels, including social media, websites, and offline materials.

Crisis Management: Develop strategies and protocols for managing and responding to potential PR crises or negative feedback on social media platforms.

Audience Research: Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics, preferences, and behaviors, informing content and campaign strategies.

Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices in brand building and digital marketing.

Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to align brand messaging and support overall business objectives.

Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for social media marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal ROI.

Brand Advocacy Programs: Develop and implement strategies to encourage employee and customer advocacy, leveraging their networks to amplify the brand's message.

SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into social media content and strategies to improve visibility and organic reach.

Experimentation and Innovation: Continuously test new strategies, tactics, and tools to improve social media performance and stay ahead of the competition.


This job requires a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with the target audience and represent the brand positively in the online sphere.
