Executive (Enterprise Risk & Threat Posture)

Key Accountabilities 1) Governance and Controls
  • Lead and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual Cyber risk assurance reports to ensure all the data are available for review and assessment.
2) Operational Excellence
  • Lead and execute the Group's digital risks reporting through collaboration with relevant stakeholders, as per agreed guidelines to ensure data integrity and consistency of practice group wide.
3) Risk Remediation & Execution
  • Support and prepare Threat & Risk review reports by identifying and evaluating all the threats and risk in order to better prepare the organisation in safeguarding its assets.
4) Business Change and Communication Management
  • Execute change and training initiatives needed to build change and awareness of cyber risks and threat posture to PETRONAS Group wide.
5) Risk Analysis & Reporting
  • Understand Threat intelligence, Vulnerabilities, Risk reports and use cases to assess need for new or revised responses.
6) Risk Posturing
  • Analyze enterprise cybersecurity risk posture and identify themes, trends gaps, and appropriate enterprise responses.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or any other related field.
  • Approximately 5 10 years' experience in assessing risk related areas especially in Cyber Security
  • Fundamental knowledge in cyber security governances, guidelines & risks
  • Ability to integrate both risk and cybersecurity as part of the overall design validation and assurance landscape for large organisations.
  • Experience in Cyber Security is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to produce, organize and present information to various audiences.
  • Strong communicator and able to stand firm when being challenged.
