  • Manage and monitor Store & Logistics staffs' performances to ensure they carry out the daily activities effectively and follow the policies and procedures.
  • Implement and improve Store & Logistic operation procedures whenever required.
  • Price comparison and negotiation with forwarder on transportation rates and related logistics service to meet reasonable expenses.
  • To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order)
  • To update and maintain the shipping report and update the shipment status to shipping requester.
  • Ensuring accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
  • Ensure data entry error is minimize.
  • Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwaders.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
  • To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

  • At least certificate & above level in related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • At least within 1 year & above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge on Custom procedures, FTZ, LMW & Warehousing procedures, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping process & requirement.
