Ecommerce Clerk (Shopee & Lazada) - Graphic Design

5.5 day work
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.15pm

Saturday 8:30am to 3.45pm

Job Scope:

Coordinate and prepare daily ecommerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
Upload SKUs with basic graphic editing is needed.
Update all the promotional price and offer setting in system.
Assist in ecommerce platform matters such as check stock qty or delivery status etc.
Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & yearend promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.
Support and create records for database on financial and other data.
Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary.
Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.
