  • Responsible for the safety of the patients, for observing and documenting any reactions to treatment
  • Updating charts and answering any clinical related questions a patient might have.
  • Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.
  • Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and dispensing medications.
  • Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care & professionalism
  • Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
  • Monitor supplies of inventories and medications.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Keep the clinic area clean and tidy.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work on shift.
  • Willing to learn, Responsible, Good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
  • Must be a team player and able to keep the teamwork spirit alive.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Experience in conducting fomema cases will be an added advantage.
