Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc
  • Develop and localized training material according to company strategies
  • Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date
  • Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative
  • Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI
  • Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs
  • Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance
  • Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Well organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
