ND Paper was founded in 1995 and listed in Hong Kong on March 3, 2006, and is the first and only paper group with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons.

ND Paper headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong province, owns 8 production bases in China ( a total of 40 internationally advanced paper production lines, 5 specialty paper production lines and about 17,000 employees), and one production base in Vietnam, 4 pulp and paper mills in the United States (acquired in In 2019, Nine Dragons Paper acquired a pulp and paper mill in Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia, and invested about $ 1 billion in a papermaking base in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia.

We will build the world's advanced high-speed paper machines, supporting natural gas power plants, sewage treatment plants, office and dormitory living areas and other facilities on it.
