JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Pleasant personality, good communication skills
  • Good customerservice mindset
  • Possess skills and telephone etiquette
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Obtain BLS within 6 months of employment
  • Computer literate
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities in a busy clinic setting
  • Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
  • Able to perform other related duties as assigned by superior

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To ensure the clinic is kept clean and tidy
  • To manage the reception area
  • To create a positive experience by welcoming and assisting patients
  • To register patients and prepare files for new cases by obtaining personal and health information
  • To assist in the filing of a patient's file and laboratory results
  • To prepare the doctor and treatment rooms daily according to the needs
  • To deal with patients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times
  • To call patients into the doctor and treatment rooms
  • To chaperon doctors while doing physical examinations
  • To assist doctors in procedures such as dressing, suction, blood taking including labelling of biological samples.
  • To prepare and dispense medication accurately
  • To assist in the stock counting, ordering and collection of supplies and medications
  • To assist in the maintenance of the instruments/equipment in the clinic
  • To set up and stock examination and procedure rooms
  • To sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas
  • To perform administrative duties such as payment collection, billing and insurance claims
  • To perform any other duties as required

WORKING HOURS (ROTATE SHIFTS)

Monday - Friday:

Morning Shift: 7.30AM - 4PM

Evening Shift: 2PM PM

Saturday:

Morning Shift: 8.30AM - 2.30PM

Sunday:

Morning Shift: 8.30AM - 5PM

Evening Shift: 2PM PM
