Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions using industry best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the IT field, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including objectoriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Flask), relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
• Familiarity with testdriven development (TDD), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Contributions to opensource projects, participation in hackathons, or involvement in developer communities.
