DRAUGHTSPERSON
At office in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur.

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Design and draughting of architectural drawings including plotting for Planning, Building Plan, Bomba submissions etc.
  • Production of construction drawings, tender drawings and details including liaison with Client and other Consultants to facilitate works.
  • Liaison with authorities, other consultants and contractors for works clearance, authority inspections and securing approvals for CF/handover to Clients.
  • Undertake any other assignment that may be needed from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Architectural drafting, studies or equivalent
  • Skills in AutoCad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, Illustrator, 3D softwares and/or BIM advantageous
  • Experience in high rise project details
  • 3 years relevant work experience in architectural consultancy
  • Familiar with local Authorities' guidelines, regulations and Bylaw requirements
  • Able to work independently, possess Creative mindset, a self starter and Committed to assigned responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
