ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Safeguard for CIT bank note and Coin counting and bank in.
  • Liaise with Supplier for office use.
  • Cash Counting-Daily counting bank note and coin AVMKN after Vending coordinator collect from machine.
  • OCBK-Daily updated total collection AVMKN & AVMKT to HQ
  • Bank in Note to E-Safe
  • Stock updatedProvide >PR/DO/GRN/DSDR and stock order to Agent.
  • Updated data in VOS systemGRN/COLLECTION JURNAL/TRANSFER STOCK TO VAN/TRANSFER STOCK TO WHS/NEW VENDING MACHINE INSTALATION AND RECALL
  • Standby Form involved VC needsLocation paper/Daily route sheet/Other.
  • Liaise with vendor for Vehicle Inspection/Road tax/ service and repair.
  • Provide Actual list of machine rental and commission end of month.
  • Share payment advise to customer has concerned.
  • Compile Vending coordinator end of month commission/Overtime/claim staff/attendance/Other
  • Update sales data or collection data to VC and Branch.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)

  • SPM/DIPLOMA
  • MICROSOFT WORD,EXCEL,POWER POINT

Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
