Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, etc
  • Oversee and handling daytoday accounting.
  • Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational requirements and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements, yearend accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
  • Handling all banking related works
  • Making payments through various modes like bank transfer, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
  • Tax reporting and inventory processing
  • Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
  • Handling petty cash
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree Finance/Accounting
  • Accountancy/finance knowledge with 37 years of experiences
  • Good Communication Skills, in English and Bahasa
  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
  • Excellent recordkeeping and accounting skills with high ethics.
