Supervisar los terrenos del hotel a fin de asegurar una apariencia agradable.

Mantener el aspecto de las fuentes, las macetas u otros detalles del terreno a través de la limpieza, sustitución o reparación.

Sembrar flores, bulbos, césped, árboles y arbustos nuevos. Mantener los canteros, cestas y cajas mediante el riego, retiro de maleza, poda y otras tareas de mantenimiento. Reemplazar y transplantar árboles, flores y arbustos. Mantener los árboles y arbustos mediante la poda. Recortar los bordes del césped en áreas donde no llega la cortadora de césped. Cortar y recortar los bordes del césped, rastrillar las hojas y realizar otras tareas de mantenimiento del césped. Instalar, mantener y operar los sistemas de irrigación. Retirar y embolsar la basura de todos los botes de basura exteriores. Manejar camiones de volteo, tractores, camiones o vehículos utilitarios para transportar equipos, provisiones, materiales y desechos. Lavar, limpiar y reabastecer de combustible todos los equipos después de usarlos.


Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad.

Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. Dar apoyo al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes. Cumplir las expectativas y los estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad.

Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 50 libras (22,50 Kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia.

Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o máquinas (por ejemplo, para identificar defectos).

Agarrar, dar vuelta y manipular objetos de varios tamaños y pesos, lo que requiere habilidades motrices finas y buena coordinación entre las manos y los ojos.

Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desníveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas. Subir y bajar escaleras de mano. Hacer uso continuo de destreza manual y habilidades motoras empleando con frecuencia ambas manos y funciones motrices finas. Ocuparse de la remoción de nieve y mantenimiento de hielo (si corresponde). Efectuar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
