Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage meals for Staffs
  • Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records & distribution.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Provide polite and professional communication
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
  • Prepare monthly OT Calculation & Staff Attendance records
  • Prepare letters, memo issuance, disciplinary issue letters, benefits & compensation letters, other related documents & forms creation
  • Assist in arranging training for employees
  • Handle ISO documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, detailoriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources is an added advantage.

Pay:
RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)
