SUPERVIOSOR GROCERY or FRUITS & VEGETABLES - Bens Independent Grocer Mall of Medini near Legoland._

Main Accountabilities
Ø Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.

Ø Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that following with company's plans and communicate them to staff.

Ø Perform proper greetings and attend customers' needs by recommending items that match their needs.

Ø Perform further services to customer at Fresh Market or Grocery Section.

Ø Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.

Ø Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.

Ø Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.


Ø Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates.

Ø Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Ø Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback with proper coaching.

Ø To train new staff on work flow following company's standards.

Ø Pass on information from upper management to staff and vice versa.

Ø Responsible to abide safety operation rules & regulation in store.

Ø Perform housekeeping, ensure cleanliness and health & safety measurement in storeroom and selling floor.

Ø Any other jobs which is relevant to storeroom and selling floor management.

General

Ø To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.

Ø Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge and Experience
Ø Minimum more than 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.

Ø Attention to details and sense of urgency.

Ø Computer literate, able to perform accurate data entry.

Ø Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Ø Familiar with imported items will be added advantage.

Pay:
Up to RM2,700.00 per month
