Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Restaurant and F&B Outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Food & Beverage Waiter should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guest needs and promptly address any issues or requests.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Stay informed about daily specials and promotions.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Handle food and beverages with care to prevent contamination.
  • Process customer payments accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on new menu items, specials, and promotional offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
