Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct energy audits and carbon emission verification according to the requirements of project, certification body and accreditation body.
  • Depending on suitability, you will be assigned to conduct verifications or audits for the following areas:
  • Greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions ISO 1406
  • Customised verification and assessment
  • Ensure timely completion of audit or verification and submission of reports.
  • Support development of new products & services in the area of Environment and Sustainability
  • Involve in periodical technical exchange to improve audit and verification process

Qualifications
-
Key Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor degree in Chemical/ Environmental Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in any of the following industries such asDownstream oil and gas orBulk and speciality chemicals
  • The incumbent should be experienced in Green House Gas (GHG) programmes
  • Possess minimum of three (3) years experience with GHG emissions and performing GHG verifications and/or developing GHG inventories/projects at a reasonable level of assurance in accredited GHG programs
  • Minimum of two (2) years auditing experience in Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems preferred.
  • Experience in performing verification activities for GHG facility Emission Reports
  • Completed 1 year of verification engagement as lead verifier under another recognised accreditation body preferred
