Preferred education requirement:
Diploma
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- At least 12 years' experience in related field office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting Software.
- Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Positive working attitudes, responsible, selfdiscipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Malaysian Citizen Only
- To assist in general administrative tasks involving purchasing
- Telephone liaison work
- To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
- To submit management admin report as per dateline.
- To assist superior as when required.
- To perform any other adhod assignment as and when required
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
