Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have.


Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through live chat.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.2. Confident and driven personality.3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
