Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and direct incoming phone calls
  • Compiling, maintaining and updating company and clients records
  • Managing office inventory to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
  • Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
  • Operating office equipment including printers, and other multimedia instruments
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by the company from time-to-time.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Good organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
