Responsibilities:


As a Graphic & Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand message.

Your day-to-day activities will include designing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various digital marketing campaigns. You will be expected to have master proficiency in Graphic Design and expert proficiency in Visual Design. Additionally, you should have intermediate proficiency in Developing Proposals and advanced proficiency in Visual Communications.

As an entry-level position, you will be expected to collaborate with senior designers and other team members to ensure that all designs meet the client's requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization:

Collaborate with clients or art directors to determine the scope of a project and develop creative ideas and concepts.

Design Development:

Create designs using computer software or by hand, incorporating images, text, and graphics to produce visual solutions that meet project objectives.


3.

Typography:
Select appropriate typefaces, font sizes, and styles to enhance readability and visual appeal.

4.

Layout Design:

Develop layouts and design elements such as logos, illustrations, and infographics, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and align with the overall project goals.


6.

Client Interaction:
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions to finalize designs.

7.

Print and Digital Production:
Prepare designs for print or digital publication, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.

8.

Deadline Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

9.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve skills and stay competitive in the field.


Additional Job Details:

Must have:

  • Knowledge about design elements, color & composition. Artistic ability & creativity is essential.

Good to have:

  • Ability to brainstorm for ideas, identifying the problem and coming up with fresh ideas to solve the problem.
  • Understanding of different types of media platforms that are available, both digital & traditional space.
