- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Director's office and internal departments
- Reporting and performing secretarial as well as administrative duties such as meeting minutes preparing communications.
- Ensure reports submitted by various departments/ Group Companies are in order, time and summarize the key points and with schedule for action
- Assist in Managing various project assignments, closely follow up and met deadlines
- To perform Director's personal task as per assigned

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to maintain confidentially with a high level of commitment.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
