1) Able to set-up the welding machine according to the process requirement's, welding procedure, AWS & specification for Aero space industries.

2) Able to routine maintenance check for welding machines, equipment.

3) Able to weld Titanium, steel, aluminum and stainless steel components using TIG and/or MIG process. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned by his or her superior according to the plan schedule.

4) Able to read, interpret and understand blueprint / drawing to determine the specific welding requirements.

5) Able to uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable.

6) Abe to plan, organize and ensure work is done safely and meet the quality standards.

7) Able to create follow and maintain welding cell to the given standards of 5s.

8) Able to understand the Welding Procedure Specification in hand.

9) Able to work shift and take on other given task.

10) Able to provide a great level of attention to detail and focus to maintain RFT attitude.

11) Able to work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

years working experience with TIG and/or MIG welding process.

  • Experience welder with oil & gas, sheet metal welding, structural welding mainly Titanium welding.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
