Job Description _

  • Able to operate the PABX system.
  • Book all outstation, overseas calls for patients, doctors and staff.
  • Work on (3) rotating shifts covering the department for 24 hours.
  • Morning am pm / Evening pm pm / Night pm am.
  • Answer all incoming and outcoming calls from PABX.
  • Take messages and record in the message book.
  • Locate doctors for wards and doctors in the hospital.
  • Record all the Disaster calls and CODE BLUE.
  • Report and record all faulty phones in the hospital.
  • To charge hand phone, trunk and overseas calls to the patients by keying into the computer terminal for billing purpose.
  • Screen all the calls when necessary.
  • All duties performed by the PABX staffs.
  • To arrange for staff coverage when PABX staff take leave and to see to the maintenance of the telephone sets during the absence of the PABX Executive.
  • To look into patients or staffs complaints during the absence of PABX Executive.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
