Who we are seeking
We're looking for a highly-motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant growth.

If you're an experienced Marketing Manager who delivers measurable results, we want you on our team to take our marketing to the next level.


Who do you work with

  • Closely working directly with our business managers & junior visuals assistant daily as well as a variety of our external marketing vendors

What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and highimpact campaigns to roll out across all our marketing mediums
  • Continually analyzing and optimizing campaigns to increase bookings and sales
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team and vendors to ensure effectiveness, timelines and quality of work.
  • Effectively manage the calendar and budgeting
  • Assessing market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Insightful reporting and generating marketing ideas to implement
  • Staying at the forefront of the beauty industry trends and best practices, ensuring our campaigns remain cuttingedge

Requirements:

Technical/Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years in strategic marketing planning with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in all the digital marketing components (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDM, SEO) as well as data analytics tools Google Analytics), that can result in a 20% increase in treatment bookings.
  • Strong sense of visuals to ensure brand identity is elevated and never compromised.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage marketing teams and vendors and foster collaboration.
  • Strong Analytical skills and understanding to increase in ROI across marketing channels.
