RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide setup support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and servers in the company as well as provide local IT, LAN, and WAN network support.
Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the endusers.
To liaise with system vendors and regional office on system implementation
Responsible for the operation and administration of the company's internal servers, mail servers, and IT Security systems such as CCTV and DVR Systems
Installing and maintaining all other ICT related devices such as printers, fix the line, scanner, fax machines, and etc

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in relevant roles.
Familiar with Windows Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows 2008 server, Windows 7, etc).
Possess a strong and positive customer service attitude.
Team player and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority.
Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
Familiar with database platforms ie SQL Server, Oracle and etc
Conversant with LAN, WAN, WLAN
Able to work long hours and weekends ( as and when required )
