**Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan**:

- Menyiar secara langsung di TikTok mengikut jadual syarikat, memastikan penyiaran berkualiti tinggi.
- Dapat menjelaskan dengan jelas ciri-ciri penjualan produk, memaparkan produk, memberikan ulasan, berkongsi pengalaman, dan berinteraksi dengan pengikut.
- Berkolaborasi dengan Penyelaras Poin (PIC) untuk merancang dan melaksanakan kempen, meningkatkan jumlah pengikut, tempoh penyiaran, dan interaksi.
- Menilai data selepas penyiaran langsung dan terus meningkatkan keberkesanan penyiaran.
- Mengambil bahagian dalam penggambaran video produk syarikat dan video pendek harian mengikut arahan syarikat.
- Menetapkan dan mencapai matlamat Jualan Kotor (GMV), bertanggungjawab terhadap penjualan penyiaran langsung.

- Kebolehan berkomunikasi secara awam yang baik dan kemahiran jualan yang mantap.
- Kemahiran penyampaian produk yang baik.
- Yakin di hadapan kamera.
- Sedia untuk belajar, sikap positif, dan boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk mencapai tarikh akhir dan sasaran.
- Bersedia bekerja lebih masa di luar waktu pejabat.
- Pengalaman sebagai hos penyiaran langsung adalah diutamakan, tetapi graduan baru dan mereka yang tidak mempunyai pengalaman juga dialu-alukan untuk memohon.

**TikTok Live Streaming Host Assistant**

We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Malaysia, and we are aggressively looking for great talents to join us. Experience in hosting live streams or fresh graduates / non-experienced are welcome to apply. Training will be provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Livestream on TikTok according to the company's arrangement, and complete the live stream work with high quality.
- Clearly introduce product selling points, display products, give reviews, share experiences, and interact with followers.
- Cooperate with PIC to participate in planning and launching campaigns, increasing the number and stickiness of followers, duration, etc.
- Review the data after the live stream, and continuously elevate the live stream effect.
- Participate in the shooting of the company's product videos and daily short videos according to the company's arrangement.
- Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, responsible for live broadcast sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good image, good temperament.
- Able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good public speaking and sales skills.
- Good product presentation skills.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Willing to learn, have a positive attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Willing to put in extra work hours off work.
- Experience as a live stream host is preferred, but fresh graduates and those with no experience are also welcome to apply.

**Job Type**: Full-time **Salary**: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
