We are seeking a highly motivated Presales IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Presales IT Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and providing technical expertise during the presales process.

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful positioning and delivery of our products/services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements from potential clients to understand their IT infrastructure, challenges, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections during the presales process.
  • Customize product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) to align with client requirements and showcase the functionality and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on product features, functionality, and enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of presales collateral, including solution briefs, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote our products/services and build relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical sales within the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM/HRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
