  • Monitor, control and evaluate all plantation activities to ensure implementation in accordance with the work plan and budget that have been established and in accordance with the strategic plan of the company.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports, forecast, yearly budget and ad hoc reports.
  • Managing the plantation according to the principles and criteria of MSPO.
  • Liaise with contractors and external parties that is involved in plantation projects.
  • Recommend the appropriate planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides and schedules.
  • Prepare, manage and maintain materials and equipment on side and assist with the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
