Job Description Job Summary**
Job Descriptions

  • Assist in providing creative direction, collaborating closely with the design team to create marketing collateral.
  • Support in creating clear and engaging graphic communications for print and digital mediums, encompassing brochures, website graphics, social media visuals, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials across various departments.
  • Aid in the development of advertising and communications campaigns, including those on social media, TV, and other platforms, as well as exhibitions and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop effective design strategies, contributing to the final artworks to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines among employees and contribute to improving or revising these guidelines as necessary.
  • Assist in all stages of photography and video production, from brainstorming and planning to shooting and editing.
  • Undertake any additional marketingrelated tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Handle any other _ad hoc_ tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications Job Requirement(s)**:

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred and/or previous experience in graphic design, either through internships, freelance work, or fulltime employment.
  • Minimum 1year experience in graphic design or related field is preferred.
  • Strong command of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Additional skills such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe After Effect are added advantages.
  • Proficiency in HTML, Java, and CSS coding languages are also added advantages.
