Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise with tenant and landlord
  • Collect monthly rental
  • Arrange maintenance
  • Prepare Tenancy Agreement
  • Issue Invoice, Payment Voucher & Official Receipt
  • Filling, Scanning, Printing
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or other related field
  • Good command of written and spoken:

Mandarin (preferable):

  • English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to multitask
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Require skill (s): MS Excel, MS words
  • Fulltime position available and able to start work immediately

Working days:Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half
- day)**
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
