SPECIAL SKILLS
- Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel, power point, UBS Accounting.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and fast learner.
OTHER QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
- Positive working attitude, good interpersonal, selfmotivated and honest.
- Ability to participate with teamwork problemsolving skills and decision making.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to travel and have car driving license.
- Able to listen to instruction given and respectful.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to support company daytoday administration and office support.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.
- Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
- Order and maintain office supplies, pantry items and other incidentals necessary for office operations.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office, equipment and supplies, furniture and etc.
