JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for assisting the Store Lead with the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and handling financial transactions, including banking cash sales on a weekly basis.


Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

  • Responsible for the smooth daytoday operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste. Implement and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Any other adhoc responsibility or duties that is required of you.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Greet and interact with customers, address their concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and handle difficult customer situations effectively. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any issues and continuously improve service quality.

Staff Supervision and Training:

Training & Staffing

  • Prepare a schedule that is efficient and effective on a weekly basis, to be completed on Friday every week.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns or performance issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
  • Administer performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Manage financial transactions

  • Ensure that all transactions including cash, credit card, online payment, QR are recorded properly.
- including handling cash sales and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Cash sales are to be banked in on a weekly basis on Monday.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, licenses, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

Restaurant Management: 1 year (preferred)
