Hardware / Software Support:

  • Hardware trobleshoots and problem solving supports
  • Remedial and troubleshoots, upgrades, configure and install existing and new unit at customer locations.
  • Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
  • Provide software installation for all Microsoft products based on customer requirement.
  • Assist asset tagging and inventory management for all company asset companywide.
  • Knowledge sharing to support user on how to operate computers and IT equipment.

Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday

Day shift - 8.00am to 7.30pm ( including 2hours OT if required)

Night Shift: 8.45pm to 6.15am (optional)

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
