Barista trainer requirements can be divided into technical requirements and required soft skills.

Responsible for is to trained new employees on how to operate espresso machines, building espresso drinks and how to deliver high quality service.

Used for this position has been Communication when teaching the new baristas, Leadership as leading trainee and the fairly new baristas in the correct ways of doing things.

Connected with every customer to provide excellent customer service. Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.

Delivered legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

Make all hot & cold drinks including knowing how to use the espresso machine , brew coffee and tea, fill orders for espresso drinks to company standards and customer requests.

Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.

Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.

Barista Trainer RequirementsBachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.2+ years of experience in a barista position.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Required Barista Trainer Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Adept at managing and leading teams.
